Fallo, attended Northeastern University in Boston. Here, she majored in
Law and Legal Studies, honing her abilities to work with others and gaining
a passion for details.
After graduating, Elissa moved south, to work for the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida. Where she earned awards such as the Partners in Excellence, Disney’s highest service recognition award, The Golden Whistle Award for Guest Relations, and commendations from Guests such as Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Ray Romano and Diana Ross. At Disney, Elissa continued to expand her knowledge, completing Disney’s Crossroads to Leadership and Core Management programs and earning her “Ducktorate” Degree from Disney University. Elissa is also a certified FISH! philosophy motivational trainer. Born in the Pike’s Place fish market, FISH! aims to motivate workers with positive reinforcement. Elissa is also a one-woman travel encyclopedia, holding certificates from Disney Travel, and Marriott Vacations and Meeting Planning, among many others. These Specialist Designations make her an excellent person to consult for your next company meeting, wedding, or vacation. Elissa has planned multiple large events including Son Celebration, a week-long Christian spring break at Walt Disney World, Hartford Magazine’s Best of Hartford readers’ poll awards Gala, and her most Recent Sultan’s Ball, She was recently recognized by the Hartford Business Journal as one of the Regions top 40 business people under 40.
